Spread out and relax in our expansive 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests with 9 beds. With multiple living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather, dine, or unwind. Our home is designed to be your ultimate getaway with an incredible array of amenities: Entertainment Hub: The dedicated game room features air hockey and ping pong tables. Enjoy cinematic evenings in the private movie theater, gather for a sing-along around the piano, or choose from a variety of board games for a fun night in. Outdoor Oasis: Your private, fenced backyard is an entertainer's dream. It includes a seasonal swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub available year-round, and a cozy fire pit for cool evenings. Comfort and Convenience: Prepare group meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and granite countertops. Stay active with our exercise equipment or cozy up by the warm indoor gas fireplace. Family & Pet Friendly: We welcome the whole family, including your furry friends! For those with little ones, we provide a crib, high chair, and toys to make your stay easier.

Seasonal Pool: The private swimming pool is available for guest use seasonally. May 1st through September 1st. Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras located on the property. Laundry: For longer stays, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby. Pets: We are happy to welcome your furry friends to our home! Pets welcome by approval only. Restricted breeds (e.g., pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, etc.) must be disclosed prior to booking and approved in writing. Breed and vaccination documentation required. Pets must be on leash outdoors, crated when alone, and not left unattended without confinement. Damage deposits may apply. All guests agree to pet liability and cleanup fees. Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation without refund. NO PARTIES OR LARGE EVENTS! We have a strict no-party and noise ordinances enforced by both the City of Bowie and Airbnb. These rules are strictly upheld due to the quiet nature of the neighborhood, which is home to many elderly residents who are quick to report excessive noise or activity. While we hope you have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay, we must inform you that any parties or large gatherings would need to be stopped immediately if they occur. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT A REFUND AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DAMAGES OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING. House Rules

VERY STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. - We also have a very active community watching over our home. All parties or gatherings more than the number of guest approved will be shut down immediately in order to protect our community relations and our property. NO MORE THAN 16 OCCUPANTS ALLOWED - This include 4 outside and 12 nightly guests Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway and 4 cars on the street as per agreement with neighbors. NO PARKING - Within 20 feet to left of driveway/mailbox, which restricts neighbors ability to exit their property.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better early Christmas family getaway. Everything was perfect—from the comfort of the home to the thoughtful touches throughout. The house was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. As a family visiting from San Diego, the snowfall was an extra special treat and made the experience even more memorable. The property owner was polite, helpful, and very responsive to all communication, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!
