VERY STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. - We also have a very active community watching over our home. All parties or gatherings more than the number of guest approved will be shut down immediately in order to protect our community relations and our property.
NO MORE THAN 16 OCCUPANTS ALLOWED - This include 4 outside and 12 nightly guests
Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway and 4 cars on the street as per agreement with neighbors.
NO PARKING - Within 20 feet to left of driveway/mailbox, which restricts neighbors ability to exit their property.

We had a perfect stay in this spacious and comfortable home! The teens loved having their own space. The lovely shaded deck, screened porch, and pool allowed us outdoor time even in a heatwave. Would love to stay again!

Thank you for being a great host! The house was perfect for our 3 families to stay. It was close to the lacrosse tournament we were in town for and the kids loved getting to cool off in the pool after their games. The game room was fun, too!

Great place for our group of 11. We went here to go for our class trip to DC. It was exactly as listed and the hosts were very communicative and friendly. Close to the metro station and lots to do in the area. Quiet corner lot and peaceful. Thanks, will consider again when coming to visit out here.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still just a short drive to both Baltimore and D.C. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Alvin home was a home away from home. The location was perfect and the home was so cozy and clean for our oversized family. Alvin was always available to address any concern. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Alvin’s place was an absolute dream! Plenty of space to spread out and very comfortable for all 8 of us and our pup. The backyard is very private and fenced in for pets-huge bonus! The large game room/home gym downstairs was great for the younger ones.
The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and great for morning walks.
We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Alvin was a great host for our 3-day weekend stay. He was proactive and responsive to messages. The home was clean, easy to access, enough parking, enough sleeping space, pool, and hot tub. I highly recommend if you have more than 6 guests.

Alvin’s home was as described. Close enough to DC that we were able to see everything we planned to. The house was big enough to accommodate 3 families with six adults and two kids. We loved the pool and the quiet, safe neighborhood. Alvin was responsive when we had any questions. Would highly recommend if staying in the DC area.

We had a great time in Bowie at Alvin’s place. Will definitely book again if we ever find our way back to Bowie. Alvin was very proactive and quickly responded when we reached out. The pool and hot tub were used the entire weekend. Alvin’s rate was very reasonable compared to others in the area.
