I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Our host accommodated everything we needed, communicated clearly and efficiently, and was overall fantastic. We will be back, it was a perfect getaway spot. Thank you again for making my daughter’s graduation party happen!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room.
The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated.
Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a fun and great spot to stop in for a few days. We stayed at this location and visited St.Simons island as well as Jekyll Island while we were there. It was easy to get around, close to everything we wanted and the kids had a great time staying here. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and communicated with us the entire stay. They were great to us. I highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay at Alvin’s. The house was plenty big enough for us- 7 adults and 6 children. The pool, hot tub, and game room kept the children entertained! We do hope to come back and stay next year!

The house was perfect for our family. Our young kids loved the pool and enjoyed having their own bedrooms. Our puppy had plenty of space to roam with quiet neighborhood streets for walking and exploring. And the kitchen and dining room and living room just made it easy for all of us to spread out and cook meals. We appreciated staying in a quiet neighborhood and being with 30-40 mins of the barrier islands.

My family in PA had a last-minute family emergency. We had to come to Brunswick Georgia for a death. There was 13 of us and Alvin’s place was perfect. Everybody loved it. There was room for everybody. The hot tub was heaven, a little too cold for the pool, the area is amazing very family oriented. Definitely will return if in the area. 5 stars a must

Beautiful spacious home located on a well appointed private wooded lot that offers great privacy and an opportunity for guest to enjoy the entire property without worry of disturbing neighbors. This single story home makes it easy for anyone to be able to manuver around (including wheelchairs and walkers). Those looking for a quite spot to regroup will find great comfort in sitting in one of the oversize rockers on the front porch, tanning, relaxing in the jacuzzi or swimming in the private backyard.
The property was clean and included a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to eat in or entertain.
